Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new resort being built in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, has 101 open positions listed in the UAE alone as of October 2025.
In early 2024, we wrote about how this resort will more than double the number of people employed in the hospitality industry by employing over 7,000 people.

The jobs are spread across various departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, IT, technical operations, revenue management, events, kitchens, uniform control, and more.
About the Resort & Opening Date
- What is it? Wynn Al Marjan Island is a luxury, beachside resort in Ras Al Khaimah. Wynn Resorts is building it in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding.
- First Casino in the UAE & GCC: It has obtained the first commercial gaming operator’s licence in the UAE, making it the country’s first legal casino resort.
- Opening Date: Early 2027 is the target.
Why So Many Roles (and What They Include)
- The resort is large, featuring 1,542 rooms and suites, over 22 restaurants & lounges, a spa, beach club, theatre, entertainment venues, pools, and more.
- To staff all that, Wynn Al Marjan is preparing to recruit heavily. The total workforce is expected to be over 7,500 people once the resort fully opens.
- There are executive & senior management roles already being advertised (e.g., Executive Chef, VP Revenue Management, Managers in F&B, Housekeeping, Technical Ops) as well as operational roles like restaurant & outlet chefs, etc.
