Introduction
The United Arab Emirates opened its embassy in Nairobi in 2012. However, the Kenyan embassy in Abu Dhabi was opened more than 20 years before, in the year 1982.
The current ambassador of UAE to Kenya is His Excellency Dr. Salim Ibrahim Alnaqbi.

Can I get a visa through the UAE Embassy? The Embassy does not directly grant visas. You can get a visa through the UAE-based airlines, do it yourself online or get in touch with a local agent.
If you are using Emirates, you can visit the Emirates World Store in Nairobi.
We, however, recommend that you use a local agent or if you are your airline if its one of the UAE based airlines.
