Minimum age of 21.
Minimum arm reach of 212 cm – This ensures you can reach some of the safety equipment on the plane, as well as assist passengers with their luggage.
High School Certificate – You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – You do not need to be perfect, but at least able to communicate correctly in English.
Excellent health and fitness.
Ability to relocate to Doha, Qatar – You will be based in Doha, where you will be provided free accommodation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills – These will be tested once your application is approved and you are invited to the recruitment day. However, some destinations offer walk-in recruitment days, meaning you do not need to apply online first; you can simply meet the recruitment agents at a location and time specified by the airline.
