Kenya becomes the third country to have an Emirates World Store showing the growing influence…

Emirates, the world’s leading airline has opened its first retail store in Africa located in Nairobi, Kenya.

It’s the fourth store in the world, following those in the UAE, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.

Location

The store is located at The Cube along Riverside Drive.


Purpose of The Store

The Emirates World Store is a retail outlet where you can purchase tickets, book accommodations and tours, and experience the airline’s exceptional customer service firsthand. Later in this article, you’ll find a list of services available at the store.

Selling an Experience

Within the store, they have recreated the Airbus A380 Mini Bar, which they said will be fully stocked with drinks and snacks like inside the A380.


At the entrance, there is an interactive screen that you can use to book flights, accommodation, and tours. Then, you can head to one of the desks to make payment.

They also have a screen that you can use to take a selfie, choose a background out of 4 options and send it to yourself.

These are the following services that you can get by visiting the Emirates

  • Processing of a UAE Visa. Note that they only process UAE visas when you also make your accommodation bookings with them.
